Unprofessional, terrible experience!!!, 01-29-2012

Review:BEWARE!!!! TOTAL SCAM!!! He destroyed my blinds!!!! They are more dirty than when he laid his filthy hands on them. He told me I need to keep them closed while drying since that was the manufacturer recommendations. When I opened them while he was here, they were stained and streaky, he said he will come back to clean them in 3 days after they are dry. I called him back and he said I need to run a vaacum cleaner to them. Then he hung up on me! I have uploaded some photos on google for people to see!!! STAY AWAY!

Review:Monte Ferrell's company destroyed 2 of my blinds during the cleaning process. They were pealing and spoted when they were done. He told me to replace them then refused to pay for the new ones even though he says his service is guaranteed. The $5 deal for Seniors is also a lie because there's an $85 minimum that's not mentioned in the ad.
